New Axio Return and Warranty policies:

AXIO hard packs are designed and manufactured with the highest standard of workmanship and materials available, and are warranted against manufacturing defects related to such workmanship and materials for one year from date of purchase (proof of purchase is required).

The limited one year warranty covers defects encountered in normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to improper use, negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the purchaser in any way. Further, Axio has no responsibility and is not liable to the purchaser or any other person for any incidental or consequential damages caused or alleged to be caused by the product.

For purchases direct from Axio we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives, any item in new, unused condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Shipping is not refunded. 
We require a copy of the invoice when making a return.  (For Axio products purchased from a retailer, please contact your retailer first to attempt the return.  If the retailer is unable to assist you, please contact our offices to discuss your situation.)

We also recommend sending the package via a trackable method (FedEx, UPS, etc.), in the event that it is lost or damaged during shipment.  Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.  Axio is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipment. 
We further request that the product be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
